- SQL for Unity is a local database solution written in Unity, allowing for loading and saving data using SQL statements. It is completely multi-platform and supports many Unity data types, including Vectors, Colours, Materials, and Sprites. The package includes a Unity GUI Workbench for easy database definition, creation, and testing, as well as a Table Data Editor for easy data entry and modification. Queries can be stored and pre-parsed to speed up execution, and support for run-time parameter substitution is also available. The package has a small runtime footprint of less than 100KB. SteveSmith.Software offers multiple solutions for data requirements, and the package implements a sub-set of the SQL Standard with certain extensions specific to Unity.
