- Space Shooter (AR & Non-AR) is a cross-platform Unity Asset that implements a top-down mobile space shooter. The game features two game modes: Non-AR Mode and AR Mode. In Non-AR Mode, players can choose from two player movement modes: desktop and mobile. In AR Mode, players can use augmented reality features such as image tracking, AR avatar, and onboarding UX.
The game features a variety of gameplay elements, including:
* Endless shooter with a goal to get the best score
* Killing enemies, including spaceships, spaceship bolts, and asteroids
* Defending the player's spaceship from enemy damage
* Warning system for enemy attacks via red fullscreen flashes and health bar
* Dodge carefully due to the enemy wave system
The package contains a unified demo scene for both modes, a random object pooler, menu scene, permission scene, and loading screen.
Note that the asset does not affect the quality of image tracking provided by AR Foundation (ARKit, ARCore). Lighting in the real world around you is crucial for AR, and improving the lighting of the environment can help improve the AR avatar's behavior.
