- Plateau Lanes is a collection of 15 high-quality 4K resolution heightmap textures that can be used as brushes with Unity terrain tools to paint features on your Unity terrain. These heightmaps can also be used in other assets like MicroVerse, Atlas, Gaia, Map Magic 2, and Vista.
The asset includes heightmaps and brush presets, but does not include terrain textures. A preview of the stamps is available in the Package Content tab.
This collection is compatible with MicroVerse and includes presets for convenient dragging of height stamps into MicroVerse from the Content Browser.
Stamping features on the terrain is a process supported by Unity, which involves blending textures together. Unity's terrain tools provide a brush preview for adjusting stamps before application. The free Unity Terrain Tools package can be installed via Package Manager to extend the terrain tools palette and fine-tune stamped terrain.
For complete terrains with textures, World Creator is a recommended application.
