- This package includes a huge collection of performant game-ready buildings for cyberpunk and sci-fi projects. The package contains 1,905 prefabs in total, including:
* 396 modular building kit prefabs with 96 unique kit variations
* 456 mid-rise urban sci-fi buildings with interiors and exteriors
* 72 high-rise skyscrapers with interiors
* 144 extrusions for making "top-heavy" futuristic looks
* 76 sci-fi cyberpunk greebles
* 69 hinged/animated doors
* 692 cyberpunk building facades
The modular kits are similar to OWA Building Pack 02, but with a focus on sci-fi and cyberpunk themes. Each kit includes a unique wall skin and 9 unique window hole cutouts, making it easy to create custom buildings.
The package also includes demo scenes to display usage of modular kits and combined building types. The buildings are atlased and lightning-fast, with exteriors and interiors for building shells/walls. The modular building parts are interchangeable, allowing for nearly infinite variation in an open world high-tech city.
The package also includes:
* Complete urban buildings with interiors and exteriors (450+ prefabs)
* Skyscrapers with full playable interiors
* Cyberpunk building facades (692 prefabs) with 173 unique building meshes and 4 skins per mesh
All buildings are enterable, and the package includes a demo scene with starter kit prefabs for modular custom construction. The models are designed for easy breakable script implementation.
The package is optimized for VRAM performance, with only about 2GB required for expansive scenes. The atlased and batchable models ensure fast performance, and the universal shop kits, props, interior decor, and more can be used to expand the detail of the buildings.
The package includes Aldbedo, Normal, Metallic, and Detail Normal maps at 8192x8192, as well as a trim sheet optimized for taller buildings. The auto material converter in Unity works great with OWA assets.
