This package provides a comprehensive foot placement system for Unity, allowing for realistic character movement and interaction with various surfaces and terrains. It includes two IK systems: HK Humanoid IK for humanoid characters and HK Universal IK for generic characters. Technical Details:
The foot height is calculated based on the animation. The system supports humanoid characters and has a crouching specific behavior mode. Slope/velocity-based spine leaning is also supported. The package includes custom editors for ease of use, feet decals and effects, auto feet audio events, smooth foot placement, smooth body positioning, drag and drop integration, realistic spine leaning behavior, and a scriptable object for surface detection data. It also contains an extendable third-person controller and a basic horse controller, as well as demos for humanoid and universal IK.
