They are part of a collection of materials created during a journey through Japan. We immediately fell in love with the patterns of Japanese houses, temples and walls. The original photographs come from Tetsugaku no michi, the Philosophers Path (concrete brick wall), from Nagasaki somewhere in the urban area between the one-legged torii and main station (concrete rough wall), and from the area around Nijō castle (concrete block wall) in Kyoto respectively.
