This environment is designed to be fully modular, allowing you to rebuild or modify it in any way you want. The city features multiple main streets, alleys, side alleys, and other points of interest, including a main square with a Squid statue and pedestrian street. The environment is also populated with a unique character population, with modular assets that can be switched up and randomized.
The package includes a wide range of assets, including:
* 15 unique premade buildings, combined from reusable modular pieces
* Over 60 modular building pieces
* 10 vehicles with various colors
* 3 types of characters (Panda, Dog, Cat) with 4 variations each
* Various character props, such as hair styles, hats, and glasses
* Over 400 unique props
* 4 premade skyscrapers
All models are correctly rotated, scaled, and pivoted, and are compatible with both URP and HDRP. The package also includes a wide range of textures and materials, with over 345 textures and 419 meshes.
The characters are rigged and animated, with 9 animations available. The environment is also fully UV-mapped, making it easy to customize and modify.
