- AMA Loxis is a powerful, yet simplistic and affordable, localization tool for Unity that helps you focus more on the game development part while still giving you complete control of customization. You can integrate Loxis into your project at any point of your development cycle and it requires minimal setup.
With Loxis, you're not restricted to only the Unity supported languages or system languages. This means you can add any language and even different versions of the same language. That is the core concept of Loxis.
Loxis utilizes UnityEditor to show you a reactive interface within Unity so you can manage your localization process in a single place. This saves you from scrubbing through spreadsheets and provides you with a cohesive experience.
Some of the package features are listed below:
* Mark your language/s as RTL and Loxis will take care of this in TextMeshPro
* Organize your strings in categories
* Enable "Auto sort" to sort your string keys alphabetically
* Filter your strings using the provided search bar
* Import/export your complete Loxis database to/from CSV and JSON
* Loxis uses Scriptable Objects to keep the database so it's faster than any 3rd party databases
* Use "Loxis Localizer" to directly inject your localized strings into TextMeshPro
* Use "Loxis Manager" to programmatically inject your localized strings and subscribe to language change events

In addition to this, AMA Loxis comes with a bonus tool "Glypar" (Glyph Parser) that helps you correctly draw some glyph-based languages such as Urdu, Arabic, Hebrew, etc. However, currently it only supports Urdu and partially Arabic. Feel free to use the commercially usable free font asset included in the sample scene. - Technical Details:
- AMA Loxis utilizes UnityEditor to provide a reactive interface within Unity for managing the localization process.
