- Aircraft Physics is a realistic and easy-to-use package that allows you to create a fully functional aircraft with a single Rigidbody. You can easily replace the templates with any 3D aircraft model and configure the desired behavior.
The package includes features such as stall and stall speed, angle of attack, altitude effects on drag and maneuverability, thrust to weight ratio, max speed and altitude, rudder/fin forces, adjustable center of gravity, landing gear, moveable surface controls animation, multiple flaps, air brakes, fuel and variable consumption, variable damage, turbulence and wind, simple HUD with essential data, sounds and written messages on HUD, configurable first and third person cameras, and configurable inputs for keyboard, mouse, joystick, and mobile.
The package includes pre-fabs for civilian propelled aircraft, delta fighter jet, and generic template aircraft, and is playable with keyboard, keyboard + mouse, joystick, and mobile.
The package supports all platforms and render pipelines offered by Unity, and includes inspector tooltips and documentation. The full source code is also available.
