- 2D Customizable Characters is a Unity solution designed to solve the problem of finding enough characters to populate a game world. It provides two hand-painted and fully animated humanoid character models with in-depth customization options. The package includes three 4-directional characters (male, female, and skeleton) that can be customized in the Character Editor or the Inspector. The characters have Unity animations for idle, walk, run, swing attack, stab attack, bow attack, hurt, and die. The art assets are in PNG format. The package also allows for saving and loading prefabs, exporting characters and animations to sprite sheets, saving and loading characters with presets, applying sets, testing play characters with one click, and changing customizations at runtime through the API.
